Our Head Chef Alex Rubio was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela. What launched his career as a great chef was when he applied to study culinary in Caracas, Venezuela. From there on he worked in a diverse of five star hotels. When he arrived in the United States In the year 2000, he acquired even more experience by working in various Italian and Mediterranean restaurants like Italia, Puccinelas, Bacus, Hotel Radinsson, Escuadron 94, and Mendoza Restaurant which he worked in for five years. All these experiences have ignited his love for cooking, and has also outstretched his creativity and imagination to the point that the food is just not food anymore, but a piece of art; that is also edible. He dedicates his experiences now in Cauley square, and village chalet.
